The 18th AnimaSyros International Animation Festival & Agora will be held from September 22 to 28, 2025, on Syros Island, Greece. Themed "Animated Cosmos," it explores space through films, workshops, and events. Submit your animated films by June 1, 2025.

Encounters Film Festival, Bristol's renowned celebration of short films and animation, is set for its 30th edition from September 24 to 28, 2025. Filmmakers can submit works under 40 minutes by May 29, 2025, via FilmFreeway. The festival offers cash prizes and opportunities for BAFTA and BIFA qualifications. ​
